Brynnage uses 3-D Systems SLA 5000 and Viper Si 2 Stereolithography machines. The SLA 5000 has a platform capacity available of 20" x 20" x 23". The Viper Si 2 has a platform capacity of 10" x 10" x 10". The Viper Si 2 creates high-resolution parts.

Even larger parts can be made by Brynnage through the use of Magix ® software. Brynnage can split parts with an offset joint to allow them to be reassembled after building.

We can also hollow out parts, reduce or increase part size, add lettering and logos. All of this is in support of our rapid prototype service.

Brynnage can also provide urethane castings, 3-D part CAD and tooling design through industry partners.
